We have 20 hives and plan to expand to 40 hives over time. Our spring honey goes straight from the hive to the jar. It is filtered - but not finely, so it retains pollens - and is not heat treated which would make it clear. It's just as it comes - solid and opaque but deliciously pure. Just pop it in the microwave to make it easily spreadable. Our summer honey is darker and clearer.Product: HoneyContact:
