We are Freedom Coffee - roasting locally in Borough Green and selling single-origin coffee beans which can be ground upon request for the perfect home brew. Freedom Coffee is a nano-roastery based in Borough Green, on a mission to disrupt the coffee industry for the better.

The Bakery specialises in handmade Sourdough loaves, foccacias and a variety of buttery, flaky traditional French pastries, all made with slow fermentiation and high quality ingredients. It was founded by the passionate French born Baker, Helene.
