Baker, preserver and recipe developer
I am a baker, preserver and recipe developer. With 25 years working within the food and drink industry I am passionate about producing high quality seasonal goods that are full of flavour.
I specialise in producing high-end pies (sweet and savoury), sourdough rye breads, buns, cakes, tarts and preserves.
All of my bakes are made by me from scratch using regenerative flours and local produce where possible.
