Covering 50 acres of land in the heart of Kent, Redhill Farm Estate is cultivates seven different types of grape vines (French, German and Swiss origin grown), using varying soil for each of them. Employing modern techniques to benefit biodiversity and promote the natural ecosystem of the varieties, the focus is on the quality of the plant as much as the quality of the wine made from it.

We hand make Winterdale Cheese, a traditional cheddar style cheese using unpasteurised milk. It is then cloth bound and matured in our cellars, built into the chalk downs, for 10 months.

The Cannon family has run Roughway Farm for over 50 years and grow Raspberries, Cherries, Plums, Apples, Greengages, and Kent Cobnuts. 

We make a range of traditionally made sourdough breads which require both time to bake and rest (over 24 hours).
