Catherine loves spending all day in her country kitchen in West Hythe making delicious cakes and desserts. She makes lots of different cakes which are sold by the slice, and also rum soaked fruit cakes and Whisky Dundee cakes which are sold as whole cakes. She likes to be seasonal so there will always be fruit pies and tarts using fruits in season, many from her own garden, or foraged locally.

There are always scones, biscuits, apple strudel, cheesecake, brownies and a selection of confectionery for sale, as well as occasional new products that Catherine likes to introduce, and will let you sample.
