Our ciders are produced from apples and pears sourced entirely from the National Fruit Collections at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We are proud to use a heritage variety of up to thirty varieties of apple in our famous Woolly Pig Dry Cider. (Named after the Butcher of Brogdale's Mangalitza pigs which used to live on site).
Working at the home of The National Fruit Collections gives us access to an enormous variety of apples and pears, enabling us to produce a fabulous range of craft ciders, pressed in the traditional manner on our twin-bed rack and cloth press
