THe Foundry Brewery now incorporates our distillery. Come and see us create our whisky or simply enjoy them over some scrumptious pub specialities. We also have a brewery in the same location (see seperate description)
Canterbury Brewers & Distillers was founded and is run by myself and my wife Jodie with help from our fantastic team. My passion is the brewing and distilling, I love concocting fabulous new flavours using natural ingredients each with a story behind them.
We launched of the Foundry Streelight single malt whisky in March 2023 which we now share with our Foundry BrewPub customers.
Our chef Henry freshly prepares all our meals in The Foundry Kitchen using local ingredients wherever possible.
Not only does he carefully craft the dishes, he also loves experimenting with sauces and interesting accompaniments.
We have now introduced a dark rum, a rye whisky and a three gfdrain whisky and more spirits will be introduced in 2025
The next Foundry spirits are well on their way with the aim to launch early 2025.
