About Sanden Vinyard

We produce a sparkling wine which is a delight to drink and makes any occasion special.

Background

Sanden vineyard is located on a south east facing slope on sandy soil. It was originally planted in 1987 and in 2004

Product Description

 The vines were partly replanted with Seyval and Pinot Noir grapes giving the wine a distinctive clean fresh taste and a nose with hints of vanilla and apple. Sanden matures on the lees for a number of years to enhance the flavour and the fine bubbles are the natural product of secondary fermentation in the traditional method.
