Mousehall Country Estate lies within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Mousehall is not only home to the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier vineyard, but also various gin botanicals (see Moushall Distilleries)
In 2017, Gary and Kathy Jordan ,owners of Jordan Wine Estate in South Africa, discovered the neglected and over-grown property. With a background in Viticulture and the love of a challenge, Mousehall Country Estate was brought back to life. In 2021 the Jordan’s converted an abandoned barn into what is now one of the first Distilleries in a Winery in the UK.

Tidebrook Six Petals Rose 2022 Our dry rosé has aromas of hedgerow fruit with a creamy texture.
Tidebrook Staddle Stone Chardonnay 2022: Whole grape clusters were gently pressed, and the juice naturally settled, before fermentation and aging in 228-litre French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tidebrook The Tipping Point Pinot Noir 2022 The grapes were hand-harvested then partially destemmed and fermented in an open-top tank and aged in 228-litre French oak barrels for 12 months
