We have a ‘buy local’ policy which means that we always look to local suppliers in the Weald of Kent and local area before extending our search further. We love to use a variety of produce grown and reared on the surrounding farms to produce high quality, this was a founding principle when we established the farm shop and remains at the core of what we do.
Taywell is a local farm shop and farm based in Goudhurst, Kent. We stock a huge selection of locally produced and high quality products, from strawberries, apples, plums and other seasonal fruits to Kentish ice cream, pies and local game.
Our newly refurbished tea room and seating areas provides both a warm and friendly atmosphere for you to enjoy a selection of freshly prepared foods and refreshments.
Here you can buy fresh organic food from the farm, store cupboard supplies, ice cream, fruit & vegetables, fair traded food all under one roof.
Have a coffee or herb tea, and maybe some lunch in the cafe, browse the shop, pick a pumpkin (when in season), discover the local area, or just dash in and out to shop, much quicker to get round than the supermarkets!
