Stanhill Farm's 150 acres are managed by brothers Toby and Max Williams and are ideally located just 17 miles from the centre of London, making it one of the capitals most local farms.
The Farm harvests wheat and around 20-30 varieties of different fruit and vegetables combined with local meats and eco dispensers and deli counter .
Over the next few years it was decided to move away from the supermarkets and concentrate on the wholesale market. The Pick Your Own was developed further and a produce box delivery service was introduced.
With customers' asking for fresh produce after the Pick Your Own had finished for the season, an honesty box was created. Word soon spread and the popularity grew, so on the 1st October 2009 the Stanhill Farm Shop was launched
As well as our own veg and fruit we have :-
Ecoleaf Dispensers & Products where you can bring along your empty bottles and stock up on washing up liquid, laundry liquid and fabric conditioner. (Ecoleaf products are made in the UK, boast the Vegan society logo)
Dry Food Dispensers Select as much or as little that you require, while helping the environment by cutting out the need for unnecessary packaging.
Local Meat Sourced from Glover’s Quality Meats, Hartley Bottom farm, near Longfield, Kent. They are fed on cereals and feed produced by the farm, no additives or hormones are fed tp their animals.
Samosas & Onion Bhajis
We are now stocking traditional Indian samosas, and bhajis produced by a lovely company based in Leicestershire,the perfect accompaniment to your party buffet or favourite curry!
We stock ‘So Simple’ spice blends! . Perfect for creating a delicious meal in a matter of minutes!
