We're on a mission to bring fresh local produce to local people, as well as welcoming the many visitors to this lovely corner of Kent. Quex Barn is fortunate to be surrounded by some of the most productive and fertile land in the British Isles and we're delighted to be able to bring this local produce to you, as well as being able to support a number of local suppliers.
The Restaurant at Quex Barn has been serving the finest local produce to our customers for over 15 years. We offer a range of traditional British dishes, created using produce from our own butchery, fishmonger, deli and veg stall. With breakfast, mains, salads, sandwiches and snacks we have something for everyone.
The butchery department at Quex Barn has been the cornerstone of the business since it was founded in 2007.
The Barn boasts a butchery, a delicatessen, a wet fish stall, bakers, fruit, veg and floristry, coffee shop and a restaurant. This provides us with a fantastic range of local fruit, vegetables, livestock and, being within two miles of the sea, plenty of fresh fish. Come and spend some time browsing our farm shop and sampling our delicious freshly cooked food.
We source the vast majority of our produce locally and our master butchers cut whole carcasses onsite.. We also take great pride in the bread baked by our very own expert artisan baker. We stock the best of the wide range of agricultural and horticultural crops grown locally, including top fruit, soft fruit, salad crops and winter harvested vegetables.
Our deli counter is a vibrant tapestry of colours, showcasing a diverse selection of produce from both the local area and further afield.
