Doubleday cherry wine is made with our finest Kentish morello cherries and crafted with care to produce a delicious rich and fruity fortified wine.
Our traditional family method for making fortified cherry wine uses Kentish morello cherries that are wild fermented and then fortified with a neutral spirit.
We have taken a generations old recipe and refined the method to produce an original wine which celebrates the wonderful depth and flavour of the Kentish cherry.
All of our cherry wine is produced from the morello cherries grown on our farm in the North of Kent.
